Service Centers
Centrex
operates four laboratories and fourteen patient service centers
throughout Upstate New York.
Laboratory facilities are located at the Professional Office Building
at St. Luke’s Campus, Faxton Hospital, Community Memorial Hospital
and in Syracuse, NY.
Qualified and professional phlebotomists serve the needs of our
communities in patient service centers where they live. Chances are, if
you live in Upstate New York, there is a Centrex Patient Service Center
located near your physician’s office or your home. Hours of
operation vary at each site. Please call the center for hours or
directions.
